essential duties
assemble meals on salad bar line and prepare food in kitchen
adhere to cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements while preparing food
greet guests and take orders with a positive, helpful demeanor
sanitize work stations, sweep and mop floors, wash kitchen utensils, and keep storage areas neat
thoroughly clean equipment after cooking and serving
assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting
communicate clearly with fellow team members and management
adhere to personal cleanliness and uniform standards
able and willing to lift 40 pounds
food handlers license is a plus but not required
